Responsibilities
Support the entire product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight test, technical sub-contractor management, field support and customer interactions
Integrate and coordinate hardware and software development tasks for a project development lifecycle across internal groups and suppliers
Responsible for meeting the overall LRU technical performance, quality cost and on-time delivery of product and services
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience with Hardware and LRU development, test and qualification
Knowledgeable in subsystem design, requirement allocation and technical supplier management
Critical analysis and problem-solving skills across systems, hardware and software architectures
Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting and data capture
Ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance
Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
This position requires U.S. Citizenship
Preferred
15+ years of experience with Hardware and LRU development, test and qualification
Military aircraft program experience
MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429 and Ethernet architecture and knowledge
Experience with Agile development methodologies
