Construction Project Manager
Levco Construction is a self-performing general contractor based in Richmond, VA, focusing on multifamily renovations and construction. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of a project from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, creating detailed schedules, and managing all phases of the construction project
Oversee multiple construction/renovation projects across the entire Levco portfolio, including managing self-performing construction employees and subcontractors
Schedule and coordinate permitting inspections
Ensure the project adheres to all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Perform regular site safety inspections and ensure the cleanliness of all job sites
Regular daily travel and potential overnight travel required, based on property needs
Regularly communicate with other project stakeholders regarding scheduling and progress
Provide support and technical expertise to Levco Management’s maintenance team members
Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise on-site
Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience supervising or managing construction projects
Experience with multifamily maintenance or renovation projects is required
Ability to strategically manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously by using skills like prioritization, delegation, and organization to handle competing demands, unforeseen issues, and various project phases
Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage workers and subcontractors
Proven ability to read, interpret, and track budgets; manage approval of vendor invoices
Strong communication skills to have clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders
Strong understanding of finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, and other trades
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and estimates
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Valid driver's license (required), as well as reliable daily transportation
