Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities across customer lifecycle, refine strategies based on insights, analyze performance, and share recommendations
Influence cross-functional partners (product, engineering, marketing, design, data science, analytics) to ensure alignment and resourcing for revenue growth initiatives
Be accountable for key performance metrics related to the impact and reach of initiatives
Develop presentations to showcase progress for initiatives, results, and recommendations as part of regular business reviews to partners and the leadership team
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a data-driven field like consulting, growth, investment banking, e-commerce, corporate finance, planning in tech or SaaS
Experience developing and operationalizing strategic plans, including developing business case, navigating partner team priorities, and ensuring timely execution
Exceptional data and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using analytic platforms and growth tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to simplify complex ideas and systems
Strong teamwork and project management skills, experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, with a track record of delivering results
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and find creative solutions to ambiguous challenges
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher, quantitative field of study strongly preferred
Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
