Junior People & Culture Business Partner
Frontline Education is looking for a proactive and collaborative Junior People & Culture Business Partner to support their Sales & Marketing organization. The role involves aligning People & Culture programs with business goals and fostering a workplace that values innovation and empathy while embedding AI-enabled practices.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Senior P&C Business Partner and business leaders to align P&C programs with team and organizational goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on engagement, performance, employee relations, and team development
Support the administration of compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and informed salary decisions
Facilitate constructive conversations and coach leaders through performance discussions, career-growth planning, and succession support
Use people data and insights — such as engagement, turnover, performance trends — to identify opportunities and drive improvement
Support succession planning, career-pathing initiatives, workforce planning and talent-acquisition partnering for the GTM organization
Provide first-line support for employee relations issues (conflicts, grievances) and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Build collaborative relationships across the business, balancing empathy with sound judgment
Champion a culture of continuous feedback, inclusion, learning, and belonging through every interaction
Promote a culture that embraces change and responsibly leverages AI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR, People & Culture, or business-partnering experience (or equivalent)
Ability to coach, influence, and partner effectively across multiple levels of an organization
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals including performance management, compensation, employee relations and workforce planning
Experience working with HRIS/analytics tools and deriving meaningful insights from people data
Skilled at balancing agility and structure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated use of sound judgment in sensitive or ambiguous situations
Natural collaborator who builds trust and fosters positive working relationships
