Responsibilities
Driving Projects Forward with Financial Precision : Provide strategic guidance on SAP B1 implementations and enhancements, helping clients maximize system capabilities and realize long-term business value
Solving Business Puzzles with Profit-Focused Insight : Analyze business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and design scalable SAP B1 solutions that drive operational efficiency and unlock measurable cost savings
Building High-Value Relationships : Communicate with clarity, collaborate with purpose, and build trusted partnerships that lead to long-term client retention and recurring revenue
Scoping Like a Financial Strategist : Define project scope with laser-sharp accuracy - breaking down deliverables, forecasting resource requirements, and aligning timelines to maximize return on investment
Data Migration with Bottom-Line Impact : Lead seamless data migrations from legacy systems to SAP B1 - ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and strategic insights that drive smarter decisions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting), Information Systems, Computer Science or something closely related from a recognized institution
Deep, practical experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant
3–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems – ideally with SAP Business One
Clear, concise, and confident communication skills
Team player, friendly, quick to learn and easy to work with
Thrive in a consulting environment, take initiative, and always bring your A-game
Open to traveling up to 30% across the Central region
Preferred
Experience with other SME-friendly platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite
Knowledge of SQL, Hana Crystal Reports, and/or Boyum B1UP
