Task Force Sales Manager- Wyndham Experience
Wenzell & Fisher Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Sales Manager to join their Wyndham Experience team in Naples, FL. The role involves leading the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and enhancing customer engagement to drive revenue growth.

Lead and manage the task force sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Wyndham Experience portfolio
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique offerings of Wyndham Experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience
Utilize Delphi software to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Task Force Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry
Strong knowledge of the Wyndham Experience brand and its sales approach
Proficiency in Delphi software for sales data management and reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
