Investment Banking
Responsibilities
Build and update financial models (training provided)
Assist in the construction of consolidated business cases, unit economics, and scenario analysis
Support valuation exercises (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
Prepare investor outreach lists and mapping spreadsheets
Assist in data room organisation and diligence preparation
Draft and revise pitch materials (teasers, decks, memos, overviews)
Conduct sector, market, and competitive research
Prepare short-form analytical summaries for senior leadership
Help maintain structured deal pipelines
Coordinate documents, notes, and call summaries
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate (any degree considered)
Ability to commit 15–25 hours per week (flexible)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Comfortable with this being an unpaid, educational internship
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
High work ethic, reliability, and follow-through
Interest in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent written English and communication skills
Familiarity with Excel; modelling experience is a plus but not mandatory
