Junior Technical Support Engineer
Contaqt is a cloud contact center technology provider based in Tampa, Florida, and they are seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join their growing support team. The role involves handling technical issues raised by customers and establishing good working relationships with clients and the support team.

Responsibilities
Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email and chat
Lead trainings for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with connectivity issues
Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers, support team and software developers
It may also be necessary to travel to our international clients worldwide and work on-site several times a year
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in helpdesk departments or technical support for software products
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
High attention to details
Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
Knowledge of computer, networks, server and security software and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls and etc)
Preferred
Knowledge in telecom technologies, information systems and call center applications is a plus
