Responsibilities
Provide rental home finding support, including neighborhood guidance and property tours
Conduct area orientations covering local amenities, transportation, healthcare, and community resources
Assist with settling-in services such as banking, utilities, driver’s license guidance, and general local registration processes
Support school search efforts when applicable, including guidance on public, private, and international options
Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and GO program managers
Accurately document services and submit invoices in accordance with program guidelines
Deliver a high-touch, client-focused experience while working independently
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of housing, schools, and community resources in your city
Proven consulting skills with the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a remote, contract-based environment
Preferred
Familiarity with international relocation processes is a plus
Real estate, relocation, or local market experience preferred
