Leading the commercial vehicle sales strategy, generating commercial vehicle revenue, managing people, and creating positive experiences for both customers and employees
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading, managing, and training a sales team
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
Expertise in commercial vehicle sales and sales processes
Strong skills in customer service with a proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop effective sales strategies
Valid Driver's License
Must be 18 years old
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related work experience in automotive sales
Proficiency in cloud-based dealership management software and CRM systems
