Responsibilities
Building and maintaining an inspiring, compelling brand
Ensure creative work consistently drives conversion, retention, and long-term brand equity
Own the end-to-end Brand & Creative function so the company presents a clear, and cohesive brand — and consistently produces creative assets that support growth, retention, and loyalty
Ensure brand strategy, creative production, and customer-facing storytelling are aligned to business priorities, resourced appropriately, and executed with high quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in creative leadership roles — ideally in DTC or lifestyle brands
Strong grasp of both brand storytelling and conversion-oriented creative
A portfolio that shows how you balance strong conceptual work with beautiful execution
Experience building lean creative teams (design, photo, copy)
Excellent communication
Strategic thinker with a clear sense of what 'excellent' looks like in modern e-com
