Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment workflows
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK) ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions; track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for system reliability
Lead incident response, conduct postmortems, and implement long-term reliability improvements
Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including security scanning and secrets management
Collaborate across teams to deploy, support, and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and production systems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Production Operations
Strong expertise with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EFS, Kinesis) and related troubleshooting
Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and system-level troubleshooting
Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
Deep understanding of monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability best practices
Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and secure production systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a strong ownership mindset
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolution efforts
