Responsibilities
Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering
Develop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures
Create and lead a team to execute tooling and model-based instruction (MBI) release curves
Set operational goals and acquire necessary resources for projects and processes
Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
Oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes
Manage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve high performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects
Strong understanding of production and assembly processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance post-start
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in the aerospace industry, particularly with military or defense programs
Knowledge of Boeing's organizational processes, program plans, and policies
Demonstrated ability in budget management and business process improvement
Familiarity with critical path methodology and project leadership principles
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Experience with structural repair principles and systems thinking
Experience with Subsystems
Existing Valid US Security Clearance
