Responsibilities
Supervise the production of our nationwide title reports, quality, and SLA’s
Quality Control on nationwide title searches
Communicate with customers on any concerns or feedback
Work with our offshore team and abstractor network to ensure highest quality
Collaborate with management to foster continuous process improvement
Assist with maintaining up-to-date training resources and support documentation
Manage and maintain quality reports
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years Title Search and Exam Experience
Experience in TitlePoint, DataTrace, County Clerk sites and TitleWave
Experience working with offshore and onshore vendors
Preferred
Experience in ResWare a plus, but not necessary
