Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs involving multiple business units and stakeholders
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, tracking milestones and deliverables using Adobe Workfront
Oversee and coordinate the work of contract project managers to ensure alignment with overall program goals
Dive into project-level detail when needed to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove blockers
Collaborate with executive sponsors, department leads, and technical teams to ensure program success
Manage program-level reporting and communications to stakeholders and leadership
Establish and uphold governance structures and best practices for program and project execution

Required

7+ years of experience in program/project management with a track record of leading large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing teams or contractors, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project portfolio management tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
