Level 1 Support Technician

Responsibilities

Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
Stage and build systems
Complete special projects as requested
Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

Qualification

MS Windows Operating SystemsCustomer supportMS OfficeIOSAndroidAnalytical skillsTroubleshooting skillsBasic networking knowledgeRemote support experienceCommunication skills

Required

Good communication skills
Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
iOS and Android working knowledge
Good customer support skills
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
Walk-up and remote support service experience
