Responsibilities
Support end-to-end management of product development timelines — from concept briefing through production and delivery
Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned
Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects
Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical specifications, artwork components, lead times, and production details
Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation
Communicate project updates to clients, confirm development details, and support alignment on next steps
Track sample orders, purchase orders, and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting to internal and client teams
Help prepare product presentations, development documents, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client meetings
Assist with issue resolution by coordinating feedback and input from suppliers, operations, and internal departments
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience in Product Development/Sourcing
Project planning experience and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in the cosmetics and/or beauty industry is an asset
Previous experience working with international factories and vendors
Working knowledge of Wrike, and Netsuite is an asset
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
