Hospitality

Responsibilities

Lead, maintain, and improve IT systems across multiple hotel properties, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and exceptional support
Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues in a Windows environment
Communicate effectively with property teams, vendors, and occasionally guests to understand needs and implement solutions
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and quality
Travel between properties (primarily Birmingham & Florence) with occasional trips across the state

Required

Technical troubleshooting expertise and general technical knowledge in a Windows environment

Skilled in balancing several priorities without losing attention to detail

Preferred

Experience working with systems in security, retail/hospitality POS, or similar environments would be very beneficial
