Responsibilities
Provides direct and indirect care to patients under direction of RN or LPN
Answering call lights, repositioning patients, vital signs, and assisting with ADL's
Stocking supplies in patient rooms
Performs clerical tasks, transcribes physician orders, receives or directs visitors and answers telephone
Assists with cleaning of patient and keeps rooms, nursing station, and storage areas in order
Monitors supplies such as linens, utensils, paper products, or office supplies and miscellaneous items for nursing unit
Assists with data entry or other clerical tasks as directed and assigned
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
CNA certification preferred
