Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and recruit new dealers, distributors, and retail partners across the US
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong product knowledge, sell-through support, and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular dealer visits, product presentations, and technical training sessions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Act as an on-site brand ambassador at motorcycle races, stunt shows, tuning events, BMX competitions, and industry trade shows
Coordinate brand activations, booth setups, product displays, and promotional activities
Build and maintain relationships with riders, influencers, racing teams, and community leaders
Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all touchpoints
Provide content (photos, feedback, event reports) to support global marketing efforts
Develop and manage partnerships with local racing organizations, event promoters, and community groups
Support sponsorship programs and rider collaborations
Identify co-branding and cross-marketing opportunities in the motorcycle and BMX segments
Serve as the primary liaison between the US field operations and the headquarters in France
Provide regular reports on sales performance, event results, and market insights
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Required

3–5+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, or dealer development (preferably in powersports, bicycles, action sports, or automotive aftermarket industries)
Strong understanding of the US motorcycle culture (sport bikes, V-twin, custom, stunt, racing) and/or BMX industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel
Event-oriented mindset with hands-on field presence
Valid US driver's license; ability to transport and set up event materials
Technical knowledge; ability to speak with engineers and to share technical information

Preferred

Passion for motorcycles, BMX, or performance equipment is highly preferred
