Responsibilities

Consistently inform team members and other necessary employees of pertinent matters to ensure continuity of services
Ensure thorough and complete training of new employees
Be accessible to employees for support and guidance
Provide coaching and development of employees on an on-going basis
Monitor employee development activities and ensure in-services are provided to meet the company’s requirements
Complete and conduct performance evaluations with employees on a timely basis
Function as a role model and a company resource to assist employees and office personnel
Provide clinical supervision to employees in assigned teams
Advise appropriate Human Resources and management personnel of any issues affecting employee morale or the working relationships within the management group
Know and ensure implementation of all company policies and procedures
Routinely review reports and data related to compliance and quality improvement
Ensure documentation is up to date for each client as appropriate
Ensure comprehensive and succinct progress notes are completed for each client
Provide trainings as requested by Director for internal and external customers, as well as other co-workers
Complete other duties as assigned by management
Understand the impact of productivity and other costs associated directly or indirectly with the company
Maintain assigned productivity percentage
Meet or exceed established productivity (billable time) expectation of 45% or above
Ensure direct reports are meeting or exceeding established productivity standards
Ensure the efficient and effective use of supplies and resources in a fiscally responsible manner
Ensure the submission of paperwork to the ViaQuest billing department as appropriate
Monitor budget and review financial reports as assigned
Assist direct reports in the planning and facilitation of company growth
Monitor the quality of all aspects of supports and services and participate in quality assurance reviews according to company policies and procedures
Monitor the services provided as outlined in the individual’s service plan
Adhere to all safety standards including but not limited to maintaining a safe work environment, reporting any problems or concerns through the appropriate channels, participating in company-sponsored safety-initiatives
Comply with ethical standards as per discipline
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Special Education
At least 5 years' experience providing behavioral support services to individuals with ID/D
Supervisory experience
Responsible, mature and flexible
Excellent decision-making skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to respond calmly to crisis situations
Ability to direct others in a confident, respectful manner
Ability to exercise good judgment in interactions with residents, families, employees, peers and regulatory agency personnel
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Reliable form of transportation
Possess a valid state driver's license
Maintain full personal automobile insurance coverage
Driving record which allows candidate to be covered by the company's insurance policy
