Responsibilities
Define, document, and maintain enterprise integration architectures, including system interaction models, data flows, and integration patterns
Own the end-to-end integration architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and subscription/billing platforms
Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and consistency across all connected enterprise systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions
Lead architectural design reviews and provide technical guidance for new initiatives and platform enhancements
Evaluate and recommend integration tools, architectural patterns, and supporting technologies to meet evolving business needs
Establish and enforce data governance, integrity, and interoperability standards
Document system behaviors, integration standards, and architectural decisions
Mentor and guide engineering and operations teams on enterprise integration best practices
Support multiple concurrent initiatives within an Agile delivery model, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in enterprise business systems, solution architecture, or integration architecture within SaaS environments
Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, workflows, and system integrations
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), including customization and extensibility
Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, including integrations and financial workflows
Proven experience with Boomi or comparable iPaaS platforms for enterprise integrations
Experience with subscription billing platforms such as BillingPlatform, GTV, Zuora, or Chargebee
Solid understanding of recurring revenue models, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition concepts
Advanced knowledge of data modeling, API design, and cross-system interoperability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on execution
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in an Agile/Scrum environment
