Responsibilities
Account management -Ensure ASC deposits and rates are set at renewal and all components of billing have been coded including account buy ups
File imports- timely importing of all applicable billing files into system applications
Invoice management – timely emailing of weekly and monthly customer invoices for all lines of business
Management of Secure File Transfer Process (SFTP) website including weekly file loading, customer set up and password resets
Daily review, balance and controls of Premium invoices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access
Experience with financial analysis, operation processing and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a business-related field)
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a financial and/or customer service area preferred
Knowledge of BCBSMA financial arrangements and billing systems a plus
