HR M&A Integration Leader
Korn Ferry is partnering with a global, industry-leading technology company on their search for an HR M&A Integration Leader. This role plays a critical part in ensuring newly acquired businesses are smoothly integrated across people, processes, data, and systems, leading integration planning and delivery while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, with a strong focus on financial and operational readiness
Develop and deliver integration reporting, including pro forma financials, synergy tracking, integration budgets, and performance metrics
Support integration planning during due diligence by identifying risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps
Execute and validate data migration activities related to core finance and operational processes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change management, communications, and training plans
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on integration strategy, process improvement, and organizational design
Define and manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation plans across integration initiatives
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the organization’s M&A integration playbook
Coach and support team members to deliver high-quality integration outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or people-management responsibilities
Hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, either in-house or in a consulting environment
Strong understanding of financial processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay)
Proven experience with due diligence and post-close integration execution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with complex data sets
Must to work onsite at this company's Chicago office two days per week
