They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records
Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word
Enter, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Quality Department, Administration Team, Project Management, and other departments as needed
Assist with document control, reporting, and recordkeeping related to quality and project documentation
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and route inquiries as needed
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Support special projects and general office tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
Preferred
Previous administrative or data entry experience
