The role involves ensuring accurate donor information, managing reports, and overseeing prospect research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all queries, reports, and donor portfolio management
Manages the work of the Donor Services Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate information
Develop and manage fundraising performance reports for leadership and board from donor database and other sources such as ARMS (internal client system) and Power BI
Manage prospect pipelines, tracking, lists and reporting for Development
Oversee potential database migration and participate in evaluations of future data needs and systems
Own and execute a coordinated prospect research effort, including organizing and tracking requests, conducting primary research, and disseminating and documenting research results
Conduct Active Campaign training sessions for AERO Officers and Campaign Coordinators
Create and maintain SOPs for Donor CRM
Serves as the Development Office point of contact with IT for updates and other issues
Serves as gift entry back-up during peak giving times
Serves as the back-up for Business Intelligence Analyst on dashboard updates

Required

Bachelor's degree required
4 - 5 years' experience in data analytics or data development
