High Lantern Group is a strategic communications and advocacy consultancy focused on advancing important issues in healthcare and technology. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support for the Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease and manage office operations in their Wayne, PA office.

Responsibilities
General administrative support for CEOi and other clients
Scheduling and logistics management for 1:1 and multi-stakeholder meetings including direct engagement with business partners / external executive assistants, RSVP management, etc
Supporting billing and documentation requirements for internal and external systems
Managing expense reporting for multiple executives
Support in organizing off-site events
Coordination with members of operational teams in other offices
General office management for the Wayne, PA HLG office, including ordering supplies, liaising with building management and contractors, etc
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of prior administrative experience
Motivated self-starter with relevant interest / experience
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong professional presence (including ability to directly engage with clients)
Resourceful and solutions-oriented
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Preferred
