Responsibilities
Clean, organize, and transform data from internal systems such as ARIVE into accurate, usable reports
Build and maintain Excel-based reports, including KPIs, rankings, compensation plans, and budgeting tools
Create and update dashboards and reports using Power BI within the Microsoft technology stack
Analyze performance data to determine rankings and insights for Loan Officers and other business units
Support leadership with ad hoc data requests, reporting, and analysis
Identify data inconsistencies and work through solutions to improve accuracy and usability
Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and business goals
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data transformation
Ability to understand and work with data, numbers, and basic financial concepts
Strong arithmetic skills and comfort with mental math
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a 'make it happen' mindset
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Growth mindset and desire to continuously improve
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Accounting or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, macros, or backend coding
