They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (SMB) to drive growth by identifying leads, managing accounts, and closing sales opportunities within Small and Medium Business clients.

Responsibilities
Driving growth by identifying and generating leads
Managing accounts and closing sales opportunities within Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responding to customer inquiries
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients
Achieving sales targets and maintaining a high standard of customer service
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, prospect, and nurture potential clients
Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, demonstrating the ability to address client needs promptly and effectively
Experience in Account Management to develop and maintain strong relationships, manage client portfolios, and handle renewals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients effectively
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a remote environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a sales-related role within the technology or software industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
