Responsibilities

Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collection procedures
Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating their ability and willingness to pay
Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customer
Order an updated credit bureau report or initiate the skip-tracing process in accordance with established standards
Review files from Loan Services in accordance with established standards, if applicable
Initiate deferrals on accounts based on written policy guidelines

Required

Must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted
Unable to provide sponsorship
Bilingual in English and another language
Flexible with shift hours between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm Mon-Fri
Willing to work 2-3 Saturdays in a month and 1 Sunday per quarter
Ability to collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner
Experience in placing or receiving calls in priority order as established by management
Skills to negotiate payment arrangements with clients
Ability to determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customer
Experience in ordering an updated credit bureau report or initiating the skip-tracing process
Ability to review files from Loan Services in accordance with established standards
Experience in initiating deferrals on accounts based on written policy guidelines
