Responsibilities
Design and manage custom templates for client-specific needs
Oversee MBS/Classic Utility management, ensuring processes run smoothly
Understand and effectively use:
Adobe Creative Suite and Customer's Canvas for creating art
Esko Phoenix for managing production workflows
Callas PDFToolBox, and Enfocus PitStop Pro for pre-flighting print files
Fiery Command Workstation for print file queuing and applying presets to incoming print files
Troubleshoot workflow and process issues with technical proficiency
Adhere to standard printing specifications for bleed, trim, and safe margins
Demonstrate a keen eye and attention to detail
Assist the marketing team in producing print, packaging, advertising, and digital graphics
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with efficiency
Prioritize quality over quantity; ensure brand consistency in every project
Review and proof orders before customer approval
Follow defined workflows and timelines to ensure efficient order progression
Exhibit a good attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Work well in a team environment, contributing to team goals
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of experience or equivalent in digital production roles, with experience suited to a $50M+ business

Passion for learning new technologies and advancing professional growth
Flexible availability for work schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to type 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Capability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Ability to participate and contribute effectively to meetings
