Serve legal documents accurately and in a timely manner
Document all service attempts clearly, including time, location, and method
Prepare court-compliant affidavits of service
Communicate promptly and professionally regarding service status

Required

Previous experience serving process preferred
Knowledge of New York State service-of-process rules
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must be willing to cover all areas of Warren County, NY

Preferred

Background as a legal courier, service of process professional, or a Criminal Justice graduate is a plus
