Responsibilities
Translate the job jacket into action: choose the correct die and pair it with the correct stock every time
Run die cutting equipment (Insignia/rotary and related systems) to deliver crisp, custom cuts on printed materials
Before you cut, verify that all fabrication steps shown on the work order are already complete
Set and maintain the right cutting pressure according to leadership guidelines
Spot and report signage-related discrepancies to management quickly
Flag machine performance issues to management and/or maintenance so downtime stays low
Keep the area safe, clean, and inspection-ready; operate a forklift as needed
Hand off high-quality work to the next station and help with other assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
6+ months with Die Cutting, Die making, Cutting, or Router machines
Detail-obsessed and organized; able to juggle heavy workloads while maintaining accuracy
Dependable with deadlines and skilled at minimizing workflow disruptions
Comfortable with basic math, fractions, and percentages
Passes a basic skills test; communicates clearly in English (read/speak/write/understand)
Lifts 50 lbs. safely; works independently with minimal supervision
Safety-minded, team-first attitude; contributes positively to GSP culture
Open to weekend shifts and overtime as production demands
Proficient in: CNC Tooling
