Responsibilities
Concept & Create: Turn weekly briefs into breakthrough social content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels) for both organic and paid markets
On-Site Shooting: Head into stores to capture raw, authentic photo and video content that showcases our latest finds
Edit for Engagement: Use everything from the Adobe Creative Suite to mobile-first tools like CapCut to deliver polished, platform-native content
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively monitor trends and sounds, identifying opportunities for the brand to jump in authentically and "in the moment."
Collaborate: Work alongside writers, designers, and project managers to ensure every frame aligns with our brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Qualification
Required
8+ years in design with at least 3 years focused specifically on social media content creation and video editing
Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Proficiency in mobile editing apps like CapCut or Splice
A BA in Design, Photography, or Media
A portfolio that demonstrates design skills
Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Understanding of how algorithms work and how to create content that feels native to social media platforms
