Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
Review complex individual tax returns and provide guidance on tax implications
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored tax advice
Stay current on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients' tax strategies
Assist in the training and development of junior tax staff

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on HNWI tax services
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations for high net worth individuals
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience with C-Corp and S-Corp tax issues is a plus
