The role involves operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, and assisting in the production process within the construction and transportation industries.

Responsibilities
Operate plasma machinery and other required machinery to assist in the production process
Assembly materials and equipment as required
Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
Assist in loading and transporting of raw materials
Move components and finished products with the use of job cranes, designated carts, and forklifts
Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure efficient production deadlines are met
Conduct inspections and quality control of products
Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required
Prepare materials as required, including cutting, sawing, grinding, marking, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Solid written and oral communication skills (must be able to communicate in English)
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to operate a forklift (onsite forklift training/verification provided)
Basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
At least 6 months previous machine operating/manufacturing experience
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish
