Responsibilities
Manage pest control work order queues and proposals
Review and process all temporary increase requests
Monitor increased service levels and assist with the de-escalation process for elevated services
Coordinate with vendors to ensure service expectations and requirements are met
Support service level adjustments as needed
Monitor compliance with established standards and processes
Track administrative data and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and other coordinators to ensure performance and productivity benchmarks are achieved
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
2+ years of experience recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
2+ years of experience in property, vendor, or program management
2+ years of analytical and reporting experience
2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting vendor business reviews
2+ years of experience managing multiple projects
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
