Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process cases through CMS and client portals - Enter, review, and verify eligibility and case information
Data preparation & data entry - Manage high‑volume documentation, filing, and data accuracy requirements
Pull and upload medical records - Retrieve records from external sites and upload into NMR’s internal database
Respond to client inquiries - Answer questions, provide case updates, address concerns, and handle status requests promptly
Maintain workflow communication - Stay in daily contact with QA teams regarding pending reports and case progress
Coordinate with providers - contact physicians/clinicians to assign cases and update databases accordingly
Ensure compliance - Follow regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS requirements), internal policies, and quality benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Must have reliable internet & their own private workspace
High school diploma
Need people who are good at data entry, communication, dependable, and computer savvy
Preferred
Ideally looking for someone who has an eye for detail
If someone has written up contracts before in the past
Read through documents to make sure documentation in the report is accurate
