This role is responsible for supporting daily distribution operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes
Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Operate RF scanning technology to process and track inventory
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging
Perform dock and manifest duties, including shrink wrapping pallets
Assist with order picking, re-warehousing, and inventory activities
Maintain accurate warehouse records and meet daily productivity goals
Follow Lean manufacturing practices, including 5S standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Cross-train in other warehouse functions and assist as needed
Participate in daily stretching and safety programs
Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Steel-toe shoes required
Experience operating a pallet jack (electric preferred)
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
