Develop and apply knowledge of banking products, services, and internal systems
Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate actions to ensure effective resolution
Perform effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment using strong active listening skills
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Receive coaching and feedback based on recorded customer interactions to support performance and professional growth
