They are seeking an Intermediate level Project Designer to join their team, who will be responsible for assembling drawing sets and managing project details.

Candidate must already be located in New York City
And already be legally able to work in the US
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a creative individual who values clear and open communication
You must be highly proficient typical architectural standards, assembling drawing sets
Any experience in project management is a plus
Qualification
Required
Architecture degree, (B.Arch accepted, M.Arch preferred)
A minimum of three years of experience in an architectural studio is required
Highly proficient in Revit
Highly organized
Self-motivated and independent
Strong Communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Candidate must already be located in New York City
Candidate must already be legally able to work in the US
Preferred
NYC, residential, and reuse/renovation experience are all preferred
Experience with, or interest in sourcing and specification is a plus
