New Grad, Entry LevelConcorde Education is seeking an engaging, student-centered Math Tutor to provide targeted academic support for students in grades K–12. This role focuses on strengthening foundational and grade-level math skills through structured tutoring sessions aligned to school goals and expectations.

Responsibilities
Provide small-group or 1:1 tutoring aligned to student needs and site expectations
Deliver structured sessions with clear skill objectives, modeling, guided practice, and independent practice
Diagnose misconceptions through student work and adjust instruction accordingly
Use developmentally appropriate strategies and materials to support diverse learners
Track progress informally through skill checks, student work, and observation to guide tutoring plans
Maintain a safe, inclusive, supportive environment that builds student confidence and persistence
Communicate professionally with site staff and Concorde program contacts regarding attendance and session completion tracking
Adapt instruction based on student performance and teacher/site feedback while maintaining intended outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 60 college credits (or Associate degree in progress/completed)
Strong competency in mathematics appropriate to the assigned grade band
Experience working with school-age students in structured settings (school, tutoring, after-school, camps, youth programs)
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly, patiently, and in multiple ways
Reliable, punctual, and professional; able to follow school policies and program boundaries
Comfort supporting learners with varied skill levels, including students who need remediation or structured supports
