This role supports the grants management team and plays a key part in keeping grant and scholarship processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the grants management team
Answer and track incoming calls and communications in a professional manner
Maintain digital records, files, and documentation
Monitor and process incoming grant and scholarship portal submissions
Enter data and maintain contact and organization records in the grants system
Upload and manage grant related documents
Generate reports and respond to internal and external inquiries as needed
Assist with year end grant and scholarship activities
Support meeting preparation including agendas and note taking
Update and monitor grant and scholarship information published online
Cross train with other administrative staff
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable with basic office software including Microsoft Office and Zoom
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while taking direction as needed
Preferred
Experience with grants management systems or CRM platforms preferred but not required
