They are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper – Billing & Finance Operations Assistant to support internal financial operations, focusing on accounts receivable, recurring billing, payment posting, and general bookkeeping support.
Responsibilities
Manage customer billing and subscription records
Generate and send recurring invoices
Post and reconcile payments accurately
Record transactions in accounting software
Assist with accounts receivable tracking and reporting
Run basic transaction and financial reports
Support reconciliation and documentation needs
Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records
Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams
Other finance or administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of bookkeeping, billing, or finance operations experience
Experience using accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage recurring tasks consistently
Comfortable working independently in the role
Clear written and verbal communication skills
