Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on GMP utilities, cleanroom HVAC systems, and manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and after-hours calls
Accurately document all maintenance activities in CMMS (MAXIMO) following SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Support facilities maintenance including utilities, cleanrooms, and safety systems
Process purchase orders for maintenance parts and service providers
Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Complete all required departmental training and maintain compliance with SOPs
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in GMP utilities, manufacturing equipment, cleanroom HVAC, and pharmaceutical/biotech facility maintenance
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Proficiency with CMMS tools like MAXIMO for planning, executing, and documenting maintenance activities
Experience with RODI & WFI water systems, clean steam, HVAC/BMS systems, fermenters/bioreactors, CIP/SIP, autoclaves, washers, and BSCs is highly desirable
Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, SCADA, data acquisition systems)
Ability to follow SOPs, complete training, and maintain excellent documentation practices
Preferred
Biotech or pharmaceutical facility maintenance experience
Experience working in cleanroom environments
Technical troubleshooting skills for utilities and manufacturing equipment
