Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized solutions
Utilize internal CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze client data for targeted marketing efforts
Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure staffing contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new avenues for growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development and sales within staffing industries
Ability to develop effective marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
