Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries; provide technical quotes for agricultural machinery (tillage focus)
Provide accurate parts quotes and technical guidance, specifically for tillage tools and agricultural machinery
Monitor competitor pricing and availability to make informed, strategic sales decisions
Manage the full order lifecycle—from sourcing parts with vendors and processing ERP orders to overseeing shipping logistics and drop-ships
Assist with inventory management, returns (RMAs), and quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in agricultural equipment or parts sales (Tillage experience highly preferred)
A strong understanding of how machine components function and interact
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and digital parts sourcing
Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-stakes vendor and customer interactions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred
Tillage experience highly preferred
