Analyze high-tech ceramic capacitors
Perform advanced failure investigations
Master SEM/EDX and electrical testing
Conduct expert cross-sectioning analysis
Create professional technical reports
Collaborate with expert engineering teams
Manage vital quality databases
Audit Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Drive continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Root cause analysis experience
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated mindset
