Responsibilities

Perform laser engraving of parts as required
Prepare, clean, and stage fittings and materials prior to welding
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Complete basic data entry and recordkeeping using Microsoft Excel and Word
Assist with tracking weld information and shop documentation as directed
Assist welders by prepping joints and cleaning welds
Support post-weld cleanup and inspection preparation
Receive training in automated welding processes, including orbital welding and CNC welding systems
Learn and practice manual welding techniques under supervision
Other duties as assigned
