Responsibilities
Assist in processing EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK’s and trailers, distribute links as needed
Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors
Download, ingest and watermark various video files and documents
Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries
Editor availability outreach
Manage inventory of physical storage at designated storage locations
Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
Reach out to labs for archival materials
Log and organize film documents
Qualification
Required
1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping and Receiving
